The Coalition For Health Justice is a pioneering organization dedicated to championing health equity and justice.

Through strategic partnerships with congregations and community organizations, we engage directly with individuals to educate, navigate, and connect them with essential health services tailored to their unique needs.
Our mission is rooted in a commitment to address and reduce the racial disparities in life expectancy within Cincinnati, fostering a community where health and well-being are accessible to all.
WHAT WE DO
Making a Difference
EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH AND ADVOCACY
We deploy experienced navigators within communities to provide education on health issues, guiding individuals to relevant resources and services. Our advocacy work aims to elevate the importance of health equity across all sectors of society.
PARTNERSHIPS FOR IMPACT
Collaborating closely with local congregations, health departments, educational institutions, and healthcare providers, we create a cohesive network that supports our vision of a healthier Cincinnati. These partnerships enhance our outreach, enabling us to host health fairs, vaccination drives, and educational series on critical health topics.
DIRECT SUPPORT AND NAVIGATION
Our navigators play a crucial role in our engagement strategy, offering one-on-one support to individuals, ensuring they understand their health needs, and assisting them in accessing the healthcare system efficiently. This support includes facilitating healthcare access, ensuring follow-up care, identifying and addressing barriers to care, and assisting with the logistics of healthcare navigation, such as paperwork and appointment scheduling.
COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE AND SYSTEM ENGAGMENT
We actively engage congregations and the broader community in health initiatives, hosting clinics, vaccination events, and health fairs. Our relationship with healthcare systems is foundational to our approach, committing to health justice, facilitating healthcare access, and supporting care planning to ensure our clients receive the care they need.
